Delivery in Lebanon

Same-day delivery is available, and you're welcome to collect your order. Cash on delivery is accepted.

International delivery

We ship worldwide with DHL. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Shipping costs depend on your country and are shown at checkout.

Prices for orders shipped outside Lebanon don't include customs duties or import taxes. These are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 557 3066 within 2 hours of placing it.

Returns and exchanges

If you're not happy with your piece, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. We don't offer refunds.

Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags and original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping cost isn't credited.

Pieces from the POCCAA Island collection are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

Faulty items

If your piece arrives faulty, email poccaabyalia@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it if the piece is available, or give you store credit.
