Yes, we ship worldwide with DHL, usually in 3 to 5 working days. Customs duties and import taxes aren't included and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, for an exchange or store credit. Pieces must be unworn with all tags attached. We don't offer refunds, and POCCAA Island pieces are final sale. See Delivery and Returns for details.

Yes. Our customisation service makes our classic cuts in one-of-a-kind prints for your occasion. Allow six to eight weeks. The minimum order is six styles.

Dry clean only. Many of our fabrics are hand-dyed without fixatives, so colours can soften over time, and deep colours such as red may transfer on first wear. This is part of what makes each piece unique. See Product Care.
