Dry clean only

Please dry clean every POCCAA piece. Don't machine wash, hand wash or tumble dry.

Hand-dyed fabrics

Many of our fabrics are hand-dyed without fixatives. Colours can soften gently over time and may vary slightly from piece to piece. This isn't a fault; it's what makes each piece one of a kind.

Deep colours, especially red, may transfer on first wear. Avoid wearing them with light fabrics or light upholstery until they've been dry cleaned once.

Mirrors, shells, sequins and beads

Hand-stitched details are delicate. Tell your dry cleaner the piece is embellished, and ask them to turn it inside out or protect it. Avoid snagging on jewellery and bags.

Sheer mousseline and silk

Keep away from perfume, deodorant and direct heat. Steam gently on a low setting instead of ironing.

Storage

Hang kaftans and dresses on a padded hanger, or fold embellished pieces flat with tissue. Store away from direct sunlight to protect the colours.
