Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that during peak periods or due to unforeseen events, shipping may take longer than usual.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information if needed.
Failure to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned to us. In such cases, we are unable to refund the original shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it was not claimed, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges will apply.
